We stayed at Best Western Plus Universo for our first trip to Rome. We chose this as it is a trusted brand and very close to Termini station. Our room was very clean and equipped with amenities perfect for our needs, with a lovely balcony view! The property is a bit dated with very obvious signs of age but they are doing a great job maintaining a comfortable stay for their guests! All the staff we met were friendly and helpful! Would stay here again and highly recommend to other travellers looking for convenient location and friendly service!

Very good option to stay in the Monti area in Rome, this is a well kept building hotel with nice modern large space rooms with all the services available, 500 yards away from Roma Termini train station and walkable distances to many attractions including just a 15 minutes walk to the Coliseum, 20 minutes walk to Trevi and a lot of dinning options, went there my wife and I we definitely stay there again

Room was a bit cramped for 3 adults. Was a little taken back when asked for a tip twice when checking out. ( Stayed there 3 times while we were in Italy). I have not come across this before and was not asked at any of the other hotels we stayed at in Italy..
