TrÚs bel appartement, situé à deux pas du Colisée!

Accueil chaleureux par la propriĂ©taire, trĂšs accommodante, et surtout un magnifique appartement, trĂšs lumineux, et trĂšs grand , avec une trĂšs belle terrasse oĂč nous avons pu dĂźner deux soirs !

The host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable when I checked in by offering snacks and beverages for free after a long travel day. The location very close to the coliseum and the city center. I loved my stay!!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Terrasse war wunderschön, eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst. Die Ventilatoren machten ihre Arbeit gut. Die NĂ€he zum Colosseum war perfekt. Metrohaltestelle und Supermarkt befanden sich auch in unmittelbarer NĂ€he.Wir sind rundherum zufrieden gewesen.

Wonderful place with great deck

We had a wonderful time in Rome and it couldn't have been nicer. The place was wonderful and a great, quiet neighborhood just off a busy neighborhood with wonderful restaurants. It was clean and I would definitely stay here again and we love the patio

Fantastic Location!

This property was amazing. I travelled solo to Rome and this flat was in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and markets as well as all the tourist sights in Rome. The property was exactly as pictured and was much larger than other rentals I’ve had in Rome. The terrace was fantastic to come back to every evening, and a morning espresso enjoying the beautiful weather can’t be beat! Fantastic! I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in Rome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We couldn't have been happier with the apartment and location. The apartment was in the center of everything. Perfect for taking a walk or riding the metro. Elena was wonderful. Don't even hesitate to book this property. Elena is a terrific host. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Super comfortable and everything in the apartment worked great from the TVs (yes there are two) to the coffee maker and WIFI. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for the gift also Elena!

Cozy Heart of Rome flat

Communication with owner from beginning was very good and check-in process was easy with the owner meeting us. Apartment was clean and accommodating. The location is 5 min walk to Colosseum, 15 min to train station and next door to one of Michelangelo’s sculptures (Mose’ di Michelangelo). The road noise (scooters) is fairly continuous, but I think that is all of Rome. We stayed 6 nights and felt very comfortable and safe. Overalll, I recommend for a nice stay in Rome and owner (Elena) was very nice and professional.

Perfect stay in Monti area of Rome

Loved our stay at Elena’s place. The apartment was beautiful and sparkling clean! The terrace was a lovely haven to relax after a hot busy day touring Rome. Elena was very responsive to our questions and was able to help us book a driver to the airport. She gave us a welcome basket to cook a pasta dinner, which we did! A lovely touch. The area itself felt safe and close to subways, restaurants and the Colosseum. A perfect stay!

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property and the host was extremely helpful. We walked with our luggage from the Treni Termini but it is close to Cavour Metro if you prefer. It is very close to the Colosseum and the Imperial Way for strolls. It is about half an hour's walk to the main sights, such as the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Wonderful sidewalk cafes are everywhere. There is a lovely enclosed patio off the living area which is shaded in the morning and evening.

Our Experience

Elena is an amazing host, she arranged our transport to and from the airport. The place was stunning and really well located, within 4 min of the Colloseum. We decided to spend a lot of time making up salads đŸ„— and drinking Prosseco on the roof terrace. It was so nice and saved eating out every night. I cannot recommend the apartment and Elena highly enough. Thank you Elena x

Easy access in the heart of Rome

Couldn't ask for a better location to explore Rome with kiddo in tow (10y/o). Elena really made our stay with her hospitality and ease of check in/communication. She certainly has hosting down as the place was well stocked from kitchen, bed, bath to maps/trip guides, breakfast snacks, even power converters/chargers. Mid stay we had to reach out to her for a property repair (it happens) mid stay and she resolved issue early next day with no hassle or interruption to our trip. Simply amazing host. The property appears as shown in website, no surprises. You are steps away from the Coliseum/Forum, easy walking distance to Roma Termini and metro, which we only really had to use for Vatican/st.Peter's, making it easy to take a break at the rental from the mid-day heat. Despite location was fairly quiet and very cozy .Would absolutely book again.

Vacation in Rome

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was just as described. The terrace was beautiful and quite spacious for enjoying dinner outdoors. A couple of things that would be appreciated in the kitchen would be a larger cutting board and sharper knives for those days eating in, since we were there for a couple of weeks. There were, however, some excellent restaurants very nearby that Elena recommended and that should not be missed! The neighbourhood was lively being right across from the St Peter in Chains Church. Even with the long stairs at the end of the day, I appreciated that we were near the trendy Monti neighbourhood, with its interesting shops and market. We were thankful to Elena for her hospitality, responsiveness, and organized recommendations. She was kind enough to allow for early check-in, and arranged for pickup/dropoff at the airport. We would love to stay again!

We could not have asked for a better place. It was cozy, the terrace was wonderful and Elena had so many special touches to make our stay one of the best ever. When we return to Rome, this is where we will stay. Oh yes, and the location is perfect.

Beautiful apartment so close to the colosseum with an awesome terrace.

Beautiful apartment close to everything, but also very quiet. It was the perfect place for us. So clean and nicely decorated. So well appointed, the owners had thought of everything. We stayed 3 nights, and had wine on the terrace every night. I'm not sure how often it happens, but we could hear a band playing each night nearby. It sounded great, we were just too tired to go find it, plus we didn't want to leave this perfect little spot. We cooked dinner one night, and everything we needed to cook was there. It was wonderful. Perfect place for 1 or 2 people. Absolutely recommend this place. When we come back to Rome, we'll stay here.

5 stars in historic Roma!

First, let me say the location is epic. You are literally a few hundred yards from the forum, colosseum, and everything you want to see. The street parking was perfect. 4 euros for all day and free Sunday. Check in is a breeze. Elena met us right on time. But the terrace! The terrace is amazing. Get home early and have a drink with the sun setting above you. It’s only up 2 short flights of stairs, very easy, even with all our bags as we are over packers. The shower is a big rain shower head, love that. I would totally stay there again. If you’re into scooter renting, there’s a place to pick one up just out the door, to the right, down the steps to the left. FYI. I strongly encourage you to stay here.

Beautiful apartment!

Near Coliseum- near Cavour metro. Beautiful apartment and awesome patio! Fans to keep cool on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Elena was lovely and answered any questions and was there for both check in and check out. Apartment fully equipped. Must be able to walk stairs to get to apartment. Construction in courtyard made one night difficult to sleep but otherwise great experience!

Amazing time at this beautiful location

Elena was the perfect host! She arranged a pick up and drop off for us from the airport which made the beginning of our stay seamless. Elena left some thoughtful baskets of goodies which came in so handy. The place is beautiful and so centrally located.
