A spacious and modern apartment, just renovated in a stylish building in the Prati neighborhood in a safe residential and commercial area near the Olympic stadium!

Two very large sleek bedrooms with comfortable beds and new mattresses.
Each room is equipped with independent air conditioning, Smart TV, blinds and blackout curtains to reach total darkness.
The double glazed fixtures allow for perfect sound insulation.
The new fully equipped American style kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hood, and all the utensils needed to prepare a great dinner for many people.
The newly renovated bathroom has a large shower with excellent water pressure.
