Located on a hill overlooking a beautiful valley on the borders of Rome, between the hamlets of Tragliata and Torrimpietra.
It is located 15 minutes from the city center of Rome and from the Vatican City, well connected with Fiumicino Airport and the Civitavecchia Naval Port, with a short journey, you can reach, historic towns Viterbo, Orvieto, the Cimini mountains, Lake Bracciano and various sites of Etruscan necropolis.
The existing structure has been renovated in bioarchitecture with renewable energy consumption without any emission of carbon dioxide in the air (CO2 free). We have 20 hectares of terraced hillsides with meadows and woods, vineyards and orchards, and we will also cultivate vegetables in biodiversity fruit and medicinal herbs that we will serve directly on your plate.
