This place encompasses Rome completely. Was told the neighborhood wasn’t the best but there’s a four door system that you’ll go through…safety isn’t a concern and everyone was super nice. The room was uniquely old but great. Shower was small but fit the room. There isn’t an attendant there 24/7 but they respond quickly through the WhatsApp. Very polite and always asked how the day was. Because it’s not in the center of town, you have a lot of great restaurants and stores that are locals with great prices and real deal Italian food. Don’t know that we could’ve asked for a better place to stay!

This would be ok for staying one night, but would not recommend any more. Staff friendly but only saw once on check-in. Reception is non-existent. There is no bar of soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is very small, questionable cleanliness overall. You get what you pay for but this was almost too expensive even for the cheap price

Amazing stay definitely would comeback

It was an amazing stay! The people in charge of the hotel were all super nice and the hotel was well kept. The owner was kind enough to share restaurants recommendations around the area, and they were all pretty good. Overall, it’d be a place I recommend to everyone going to Rome - it’s also in a super convenient location near all the historical sites. Thank you so much for the warm welcome !

Excellent value for money location in Rome. Room was clean and spacious. Close to Termini station and tourist sites. Check in easy and Andrea was extremely helpful during check in and with recommendations for food close by which were all excellent!

Needs some tlc

First look the apartment looked clean and usable. But behind the curtains there was black mould next to the bed. The bathroom had seen better days. No hot running water for a shower the next morning,l. When i asked they apologied for the inconvenience, and said they put the boiler on a timer and to give it 10 mins. I had to catch a train so didnt have time to wait for water to heat up and take my time. Location was great only 15 min walk to collloseum. Lovely little cafe/wine bar around the corner with an amazing range of cakes.

Cute little place!

The central location was perfect for what we wanted to see. Andrea was very helpful, giving recommendations and providing tips for how to navigate the area. Communication was prompt and he responded quickly to any issues we had. Body wash was not provided.

City break stay.

Had a pleasant stay here, clean sheets and towels provided. Rooms a little tired but the balcony was a great addition to our stay to watch the world go by. Really helpful staff who are always available by WhatsApp and generally on site 10am-2pm. Well situated for exploring Rome.
