The staff was great. The breakfast and bar great. Room nice. However, the hotel needs to change out its sheets and towels which were threadbare and worn out. Other than that, everything was fine.

The rooms were clean and freshened every day. The room and lobby smelled great and the front desk staff are very very nice and professional. The breakfast was the best we have had in awhile. We looked forward to breakfast which is rare for us. The shower was very small so that would be an improvement but most of the spaces in the area are as it is very convenient access to Campo di fiore, major monuments and plazas, shopping, and great food so worth the trade off.
