First let me say, the communication was incredible. Every question I had was answered promptly. They arranged my transfer from the boat to their location and then to the airport on the day we left. Lastly the location was perfect for us. We had no issues walking to both the Colosseum and the Vatican. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. Oh and the accommodations were exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and the entire building had an old world feel to it.

Lovely place near the Vatican

This lovely guest house is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice common room available to use as well. Our host was delightful and very helpful with our luggage both on arrival and when leaving. Only one item was a little less than 100% which was the bed - it was quite low and the mattress could have been better. But overall we were very pleased to have stayed here, would do so again and definitely recommend.
