This guy will rip you off - Tourist Beware

We flew from the States to Rome excited to stay at a B&B only to be greeted with locked gates. When I called the guy, he said that there was a mistake and there was not a booking for us the ENTIRE WEEK (I had booked this on Expedia in November last year.) He said for us to call back in 5 minutes and he would call Expedia. Well, 5 minutes passed and the number was not worked. 30 minutes and still nothing. I called several times. At this point, I was frustrated, cold, and tired and my husband was feeling the same way. I called Expedia and they were having the same trouble getting a hold of this guy! After an hour and a half of standing outside in the city of Rome, we finally get an answer from Expedia (Not the owner). He tells them that there was an "issue" with the booking, and that he didn't have us down for the first night, but the rest of the week he did... At that point, we were angry, hangry, tired, and freezing! We didn't have a place to stay the first night in Rome. A sweet neighbor let us come in to use the restroom & get warm. (Thank God!) After talking to a neighbor of his, this is apparent not the first time this has happened. Super long story shortened, We decided to stay at the Hotel Re Di Roma (AMAZING), and requested for a refund (even if it meant a penalty.), and of course this guy refuses. Expedia tried to get our money back and he still refused. almost $400 USD gone! Moral: Do NOT stay here - listen (read) the reviews and stay somewhere else!!!

Lasciate ogni speranza voi che entrate.

Esperienza da incubo; struttura fatiscente, stanze fredde ed umide con forte odore di muffa, muri scrostati e completa assenza di personale, in 9 giorni non sono mai state fatte pulizie o cambi biancheria, senza contare la mancanza di carta igienica... La cosa peggiore però, è che ho visto riordinare una stanza, dal responsabile, e non cambiare le lenzuola prima dell'arrivo di nuovi ospiti. Certe strutture non dovrebbero avere la possibilità di esistere o perlomeno quella di pubblicare inserzioni nei siti di prenotazione sui quali ricade lo squallore per il mancato controllo...ma del resto "pecunia non olet"...

Check in war erst um 16:00, da das Zimmer nicht fertig war. Wir haben ab 11 gewartet! Im Zimmer war es ziemlich dreckig und sehr kalt im Dezember. Im Bad war alles voll mit Wasser, da die Toilette kaputt war. Man sollte auch erst 15 Minuten warten bis das Wasser warm genug war und ganz schnell duschen da es in 10 min wieder kalt war. Kein WLAN !!!! Und ziemlich weit von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, nur mit der U-Bahn fahren.

Bad place to stay

The place was difficult to find. The room was frizzing cold all night. The bathroom was tiny, so tiny that you could take a shi* and shower at the same time. The temperature in the shower had two modes ice cold or wulcanic hot. We were there for six days and the WiFi didn’t work once. We ordered there airport transfer services that they had and it never showed up.

테르미니 그 어디보다 훨씬 좋아요

이 가격이면 테르미니에서는 6인 1실을 써야해요 중심역은 아니지만 위험하지 않고, 너무 붐비지도 않아 만족했어요! 숙소에서 역과의 거리도 가깝고, 하루 마무리로 콜로세움 야경보고 오기 딱 좋아요 :) 냉장고도 방마다 칸을 나눠주셔서 편히 쓸 수 있어요 근처에 슈퍼있으니 장보고 오기도, 선물 사기도 좋아요 (비교적 저렴)

Appart correct

Très bel appartement, bien situé mais excentré du centre de Rome. Le propriétaire possède visiblement beaucoup de logements et il semblerait que ce soit un peu en fonction des demandes qu'ils organisent les appartements (par exemple, nous avions demandé 2 lits superposés et nous avons eu un grand lit, et l'appartement en photo n'était en rien ressemblant aux photos. Non gênant en soit car l'appart était top mais je me dis que ça pourrais être là même chose côté négatif...) Le propriétaire (ou le gestionnaire) est néanmoins très compréhensif et peu éventuellement arranger les choses. Un bon séjour à Rome autrement, rien de négatif!
