The space was clean and convenient for a short stay in Rome before our cruise. Easily located to most attractions and public transportation. The hosts were communicative and provided clear instructions for use of the apartment!

This apartment was great. Amazing location in the middle of high-end shopping and plenty of restaurants. Spanish Steps and Trevi are so close. Very rare three King beds and three bathrooms which worked out perfect for my wife and I with two kids (25yr and 13 yr old)...

The location is excellent. One has to watch a youtube video to figure out the locks to get in the property. One night the outdoor key didn't work, and we had to buzz every apartment to get in. The elevator does not take you to the floor of the apartment and luggage has to be carried up a flight. We rented the entire apartment, 3 bedrooms. One bedroom had no towels and 2 open and used soaps. We notified the manager and they indicated their cleaners overlooked this. However, they never offered to send towels or soap. We were told to borrow from another room. Other than that, we had a good stay.

The location was wonderful- close to everything you need. The apartment was well equipped and the host was EXTREMELY responsive. We had a minor issue and communication and a plan was nearly instantaneous. Great communication leading up to our stay and right through.

Perfect place

It was the perfect place. We did several day trips and always looked forward to coming “home” every day. Each child had their own room AND bathroom. The rooms were large and comfortable. It had everything anyone could need. Quiet and secure. And the location was perfect. Just a short walk to the metro. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay.

Almost perfect stay

The location is fantastic walking distance to Trevi fountain, spanish steps, Colosseum and many eateries and shops. Host also help arranged ground transfers from/to airports/ports. The only downside to our stay is that one of the showers are leaking water downstairs to restaurant and it wasn't usable for the stay even though the host says that they will send someone to fix it the next morning. But overall, it was a nice stay.

Rome getaway

Property was as posted. Apartment was clean and everything was there that was needed for a perfect 3 day stay in Rome. It is in a perfect location, right in the center of restaurants and shops. Short walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Colosseum a bit of a walk but doable. Can’t wait to come back.

Roma Perfection

My adult children and I loved staying in this well appointed apartment. It was in a great location for walking the City. We ended the day around the table playing cards, recapping our adventures, and making memories. Which isn't that what a vacation is really about?

Great location, but no common area.

The location is perfect. However, in our opinion (which differs from the host's), the apartment fell short in terms of the accuracy of the description of the property. There are only four total rooms in the apartment; three bedrooms and a kitchen. There is no common area, living room, family room, or courtyard. If you aren't in a bedroom, there is only a small kitchen to share space. For our family, it did not work. Had the description been more accurate, we would have opted to not rent the apartment.

In the heart ❀ of Rome. Perfect vacation rental

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were 3 couples and found we had plenty of room. Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom, nicely stocked and in a convenient, central location. We would definitely return!

The apt was amazing and the location was excellent. It would have been nice to have a clothes dryer. A change of linens would also be good...maybe every three days. We stayed 6 days and while we did wash our towels once, it was very difficult to dry because of the weather. Overall a great stay and very nice apt. Thank you

Great location

The apartment is well appointed and laid out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Once you step outside the apartment you are in the heart of Rome. We were there during Christmas and it could not have been more perfect.

Great home away from home in Rome!

We stayed for 3 nights at the property and it was a very comfortable apartment in a great location. We literally walked to everything and there were tons of excellent restaurants and cafes within steps or a 5 min walk from the apartment. We had a small plumbing issue but Sara, our host, was very quick and efficient to respond. We would definitely make a return visit in the future!

First time to Rome-

Our stay on Via Frattina was incredible- The facilities were as described- clean and nice... Washing machine was nice, the fridge, freezer, microwave were excellent- The Wifi worked really well and the location was perfecto!
