Alessia was so nice and helpful! Great communication on WhatsApp. We were here one night and it was perfect. We were able to check in immediately after our long flight. We used their shuttle service from the airport for 58 EUR and it was so convenient! Free water cooler in the lobby was nice and the private courtyard area was cute!

Alessia was a gracious and responsive host while we enjoyed an overnight in Rome. The Gardenia Suite is a beautiful little gem in the heart of Rome. Very clean, secure and with all modern amenities.Would highly recommend for a small boutique hotel stay.

You can’t afford to miss this one!!

Alessia is a superb host, it was a pity we just stayed here for 1 day, but absolutely recommended to everyone! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, street parking just outside the gate and extremely easy to find. 5 star apartment!

Cool place to stay in Rome, close to the Vatican and many dining options, lots of small cafes and stores around, not too crowded which was really great. The staff is simply amazing, our late check-in was super smooth, they followed up via WhatsApp which is incredibly conveniente. I would stay here again for sure!

A Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Gardenia Suites. The location is great, on a quiet street about 15 minutes walk to the Vatican and downtown area of Rome. The room looked newly remodeled and had a fresh, clean look. The staff were also very nice, and helped us to arrange for a shuttle to the airport.

The property don’t have an active staff! The just provide coupons for a near cafeteria for breakfast. If you arrive earlier they dont open doors until 2 pm. Never find front desk service. Is like a apartment rent service. Except for the cleaning people. If you arrive earlier you need to wait with your luggage until they open the door. Is not an hotel.
