Nice well-stocked room. Very clean. Great staff. Breakfast modest but tasty. There is an elevator (i didnt notice it right away!) The location is very convenient and for the price, this is a 5 star hotel

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was a decent size, with a clean modernised bathroom. The room had everything we could need for a short stay, with a kettle and coffee maker, and a small fridge, iron and ironing board. You're able to cast to the TV, so youtr not limited to certain channels. The hotel is directly opposite the Italian Defence base, so the area is safe to walk around, even at night. It's located very close to public transport, but most of Romes attractions are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and well stocjed. A bit small but felt very safe and goid location. A small elevatir to go up to the 4th floor or stairs. This is a guest house- a floor with rooms within a building that hosts a few other hotel (guest houses). I think our reservation got missed as it was a bit last minute so we got no welcome message and no reception onsite so we had no idea our room number or access code. Eventually i phoned the number and received all the info- not the end of the world but important to share. All was made up by an incredible breakfast sent to your room ( you choose menu). We would stay here again if nightly rate was a bit lower.

Overall the room is ok, small and clean but no sound insulation inside. Im disturd everytime the Main door is opened or closed. The AC is not functioning as I complained fortunately it's Autumn and not too hot. Breakfast is good a la carte so choose what you like and avoid waste. 3 Stars

We had to leave too early for the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Very quaint little hotel. Felt cozy and safe. A block away from the main drag so convenient to anything you need. Great stay!

Nice little boutique hotel. There were some communication issues with arranging a transfer from the port in Civitavecchia to the hotel that was a little frustrating as we were not told where to meet the driver and then told incorrectly, but we eventually made it. We had the triple room and it was nice sized and very clean. The other rooms were very small by United States standards - just fyi. The included breakfast was continental style but was delivered timely to your room. Most highlights were within walking distance but we opted for cab services. Tip: download the app FreeNow - it works like Uber but for taxis. Timely and reliable and you can order them ahead of time as well. Staff was friendly and helpful but only onsite from 7 am until about 4 pm. You get a code that takes care of your access to the property and room. Nice stay overall.

Excellent hotel in a safe area and a little off from heavy traffic and noise. Staff went above and beyond to assist. Breakfast in our room was a new experience but worked well. I took instant coffee and used the kettle and got milk at breakfast. Our bed was supposed to be a queen with a couch/daybed but I think our bed was a comfortable king. Bathroom was large enough to move around. If you have mobility issues, this room had a raised floor for water pipes we assume so it could be a tripping hazard. Plenty of restaurants/eateries close by. Hop on/off bus stop was fairly close but buses do not really drive by monuments but rather stopped close and you had to get off and walk there.

There are 3 hotels in the building and identifying this one was difficult. One single room was adequate the other is very very small. I didn't realize it was a 1 star accommodation until I saw the little sign on the building. Staff availability is very limited but helpful. It is clean and housekeeping was very good. Due to early departures for touring we couldn't avail ourselves to the breakfast (served 8 to 10).

Room was small but very nice and comfortable. Had to leave at 6:30am and asked if I could get some coffee and breakfast then but host never responded. There was no coffee in the room. Everything else was great.

The breakfast is custom to your order each morning delivered on a trolley to your room. Our room was large for old Rome and we were very pleased. The staff was very helpful with questions and transportation from airport to hotel to the port for our cruise.

This property can be a little hard to find. I loved that it’s within about a 10 min walk to the train station. The staff met us at the street and he was so kind and brought our bags in for us. In true Italian style the elevator was tiny but it worked. The room was quaint and charming. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Great location to walk to all the Rome tourist attractions. Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Colluseum. The breakfast is included and was brought to our room like room service on a cart and it was darling. Loved it!
