What a quaint place to stay in Rome. Fantastic location and friendly 24/7 reception. Here's a tip though, if you're from the United States bring a power adapter because they don't offer those to borrow. They helped us order a confirmed ride to the airport leaving at 5 am. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Extremely quiet inside the hotel. Great walkable area near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We walked back to hotel from Colosseum tour. Staff booked our transfers to/from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly nestled in Rome. I stayed here with my husband and 2 children (a teen and a 8 yr old). We stayed during the month of August. The hotel itself is exactly as pictured and a perfect Italian stay. The room was clean, theres a small elevator, AC was cold, we didn’t hear our neighbors, the breakfast was delicious. But the staff… WOW AMAZING. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Akrem helped to guide us even before we landed in Rome and pretty much held our hand to make sure we knew exactly what to do next. In the hotel itself everyone gave us advice on what to do, where to go, how to arrive. The hotel is walking distance from so many of the beautiful locations people want to visit in Rome (the Spanish steps are up the block). I suggest using Google Maps it’s super accurate and easy to navigate. There’s also so many restaurants in the area too. For restaurants go by the are below the Spanish steps (there are soooo many options). Shopping for everyone. If you have kids go to the Pinocchio toy store. This was a perfect hotel and when we go back to Rome we plan on staying here again.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They assisted in reservations for taxi's and directions to nearby tourist attractions. The complementary breakfast was adequate and nutritious. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night providing for a restful sleep towards our next days journey! Its worth every penny! Stat their!

The location is excellent! Facility is clean. Bed is a little on the hard side but this is personal preference. The staff from the front desk, the bfast dining staff and the cleaning ladies are all nice and professional. Shout out to Fabi from the front desk who always has a nice smile and cheerful!

Incredibly kind and accommodating staff, spotless rooms and frigid AC. The hotel manager helped me immensely with a mistaken charge from Expedia and the whole staff went over and beyond to be generous and kind. Very convenient location, downstreet from Spanish Steps and just minutes to Spagna metro station. Fast wifi, basic breakfast, delicious coffee.

Overall a great stay just a few blocks from the Trevi and Spanish Steps. The rooms were clean, had good amenities - slippers, shower cap, shampoo. The hotel is in an old building, so you will hear plumbing from the adjusent rooms (we were on fhe first floor, which might have contributed to this), but overall sound proofing was really good. We did not try breakfast, which is included in the price of accomodation. Water is not provided, but can be purchased from the mini fridge in the room - our other hotel in Rome of a similar class refilled water daily - so that was a downside for me. Not a lot of outlets in the room, especially by the bed - ensure to have an outlet plug with converter if travelling from North America. Overall, recommend this gotel especially if you get a deal.

I have been staying at this property since the late 80s. I keep going back every year. The only disappointment I had was when I arrived, the gentleman behind the desk didn’t even budge to hold the door as he watched me struggle with my luggage. That never happened with the previous personnel.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Gregoriana. The staff were very helpful in answering our questions, especially with the train strike that was happening during our stay. They also stored our luggage before our check in and after our check out so that we can do some extra exploring without the hassle of our bags. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. It’s about 7 minutes from the metro station, but we made the mistake of getting out of the station on the other side and ended up hiking up extra stairs, so be aware of that. Overall, we had a great experience with Hotel Gregoriana and recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome

Excellent location

Hotel is in a great location and quiet. The only issue we had was that heat was belting out as well as the air conditioning but we loved our suite and terrace.
