The staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal for discovering Rome, you can do this as a keen walker or with public transport that is nearby. It is an outdated hotel, in a narrow room you also have a narrow double bed. All in all a good hotel that just needs a little more love and maintenance.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Overall great value. My only issue was the elevators. We were on the fifth floor, so it was not practical to take the scares up but every time I got in the elevator, I felt like they were gonna break down.

The property was in close proximity to the Termini Train Station and easy access to the Vatican and other sites. The real issue was that the bathroom had a toilet that was constantly running and the only way to sleep was to close the door and ignore it. We did attempt to tell the staff and they said maintenance was there to fix it but in 3 nights it was never resolved.

We really liked the location which was directly across the street from Termini Station. Our room and bed were quite large and the hotel was really convenient. One issue was they ask you to return the room key when leaving the hotel because it’s an actual key and when we asked for our key when we came back to the hotel we were given a key for the wrong room. The front desk person blamed this on mishearing the room number which could obviously be an issue in a foreign hotel. He wasn’t particularly concerned or pleasant about it as he made it out that it was my mistake but the hotel gets an absolute zero for security. This wasn’t a big issue for us because we were only staying overnight for a morning flight but if someone was planning to stay a few days I don’t think it would be ok. The hotel really needs to invest in keyless doors. Having a physical key is basically unheard of in 2025.

Hotel is an amazing location, especially for transport links being right next to Termini. Hotel room itself was always clean, tended to daily. Only downside is that the cleaning team were trying to get in about 9 to clean the room when we had our room marked as “do not disturb”. They then attempted to come in a second time. But generally everyone we came into contact with was polite and helpful.
