Beds were like sleighs. We were given a handicap room, not requested, shower was broken, toilet was made for a giant, clean cups and glasses were not provide, coffee not replenished. Do not pay for breakfast or sideboard, food was sub par. Restaurant did not open on time ever. No place to put luggage except the floor and who knows when they were last cleaned. I do not recommend this hotel!

Highly recommend to stay in this hotel for a blessed pilgrimage, daily morning mass next door Church of Saint Joseph 'al Trionfale', have buffet breakfast included in hotel to start each day pilgrimage, walkable to Vatican City, and finished each day with dinner included in hotel. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and in English.

It was great staying in this hotel, the staff were very nice. I messaged Marco from California regarding our ride to the hotel from the airport and he responded right away. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and celebrated mom’s 80th birthday and they left her a gift. It was just awesome!
