Too outdated. Bed not comfortable, room is dark, did not provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo, room and bathroom very outdated. Front desk does not have city maps.

The Touring Hotel did not meet the basic standards of a hotel and felt more like a hostel. I question how this property was awarded even two stars. Given these circumstances, I request that Expedia review this matter and issue a refund for the unused night. As a customer, I rely on Expedia to provide safe and reliable accommodations, and this experience was far below that expectation.

Great location for Termini station, but the ky stay was plagued by incredibly noisy other guests. I had to request a room change after the first night due to the noise. The hotel arranged this, but the rude and ignorant other guests continued the racket. Obviously it's a 2 star, not a Conrad, but you do expect a proper sleep. For this reason , I would not use this property again and would advise others to be aware. Shame, but that's the truth...

Ideally placed for Rome termini and accessing the rest of Rome. Dated furniture and bathroom but comfy bed and good air conditioning. Reception struggled to find my booking as hotel.com not shared a booking no. Just an itinerary no. Which the hotel did not recognise. Needed to use the date I initially booked
