Awesome location. Beautiful property. Only potential drawback to be aware of is that some rooms are only accessible by stairs, so you have to be prepared to get your luggage up and down the stairs yourself.

We loved staying here, very stylish and comfortable. The location was great. The only grumble we had was there was no hot water in the hotel on our 2nd day and we received no apology for that. Other than that it was a great stay.

Convenient location with no street noise. Easy access to Trevi fountain, restaurants and a supermarket. Smooth check in with helpful staff. Room was big but bathroom small and the room had a small window with only weak wall lights so the room was really dark. This was the only negative part of the room and other rooms may have a better positioned window and balcony or ceiling lights.

Great accommodation right in the heart of Rome. Really quiet and secluded but 5 mins from the Trevi. Stayed in muse apartment with teenage daughters and plenty of space including 2 bathrooms! Only minor negative was there is only 1 wardrobe for clothes so a bit tricky when travelling with teenage girls!

Very nice hotel, great location. Huge disapoitment at check in. I reserved the hotel for myself only, but at checkin notified that my daughter will join me for 3 nights. I wanted to be honest and pay city tax for her as well. They charged me not only for taxes, but also extra $60 for her stay. The hotel offers the same price for reservation for 1 or 2 people. I felt i was cheated.

The hotel staff was not friendly. The hotel charged us a late checkout fee and turned off the electricity to our room around 11am even though we paid for the late checkout at 12pm.

Good location with modern and new bathroom. Full service laundry down the street. Must climb a couple of flights of stairs with bags to get to the suite which is quite small. It is dark and hot so we opened the balcony door all the time and had lights on. No fan in bathroom so had to shower with door open and all European toilets have a lingering smell.

The property is clean and the room was big. However, we would’ve liked more light in the room. Also, the bathroom door is frosted glass and so anyone sitting in the room can kind of see the person on the toilet. The property people helped with giving us a divider. We did like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom. The property is through a small street. We came to Rome for the first time and in the middle of night. There was not an attendant at night but they give you a number to call in case of a problem finding the room. It was a little strange at night through a small street until the next morning we realized many streets are like that. Walkable to Trevi fountain and many other places. This area a bit quieter than others but it was fine.

Quick trip to Rome

The hotel is close to main attractions and the metro. It is walking distance to Fontana di Trevi, shopping and dining. Excellent location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again if I return to Rome.
