Great stay 20 mins away from the Coliseum and many other attractions in the city of rome, is a cozy place, clean and private great for spend a few days in the city, the owner is very responsive and will let you know everything

A must for solo travellers!

Was absolutely perfect for a Solo traveller. They offered a brilliant room service where they regularly cleaned the room and stocked water and snacks in the room. Lovely to come back from a long day of walking to a cleaned room. The temperature in the room was perfect - bearing in mind the temperature in Rome averaged 21 degrees when I went. Communication with the owners/receptionist was easy. About a 12 minute walk from the colosseum and all for such a reasonable price. Would recommend to any solo traveller who wants to go to Rome.

Nice little apartment

This is an apartment which has 4 separate locked bedrooms with a shared kitchen area for coffee,water etc, other guests were very quiet, didn’t hear any noise apart from the traffic as we were facing the road, breakfast (packets of bread,croissants, juice bottles,coffee pods etc) is left in your room every morning. You have your own safe, bed is super comfy. It’s about a 10 min walk up hill to the Colosseum, very close. We had a lovely stay.

we liked the breakfast that was provided and appreciated the fact that the room was tidied every day! our only struggles were that someone seemed to have gone through our stuff while we were gone- although nothing was taken, and the air conditioning isn’t allowed to go very low so we were pretty hot throughout the night- we came in early may so it’s just something to consider! still would recommend though, it was an overall good experience.

Great place for affordable price

The place is clean and nice. There is no 24/7 reception but the manager is available by WhatsApp all the time and answered all our questions. Even thought the hotel is not located in the center of Rome, there is a plenty of public transportation around which makes it easy to get anywhere you want. We enjoyed our stay and I would go again.

In a very quiet area on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle but good enough location to use public transportation to get anywhere you’d like in the city. Very clean and nicely renovated. Walls are pretty thin and can hear a little of what’s going on throughout the bnb. Loved that they put breakfast in the room for you everyday and put fresh water in the fridge. Overall great experience. 9/10

OASI Urbana 41 This hotel is centrally located, only about 1km from major tourist attractions and the hosts are very communicative. Unfortunately this is the best I can say about the hotel. On entry, it looks like a dingy building and quite old. The exterior is badly maintained. This carries on into the hotel where the walls are all marked, stained and scratched. We had a duvet on our bed without covers. This is unhygienic (when I brought this up with the hosts, they said this is fine as the bed had covers). The point of covers on duvet is to change between guests. we just packed the duvet up and folded it in a corner. The amenities are quite poor, the fridge was at about 10 degrees and USB sockets do not work. The shower door barely opened and fell apart on our last day. The shower cubicle is tiny for even a tiny adult and some light bulbs did not work. The sheets, curtains and bathrooms are stained and just look really worn. As it is central, there is a lot of noise coming from the busy road which in some ways may be difficult to do anything about but perhaps sound proof windows would be a good idea and may reduce the noise a bit. We only stayed for 3 nights and i was ready to leave as soon as I got in. On our last night, the air conditioning failed. I tried to get some resolution from the host/manager without success. We had to open the windows in order to get some ventilation and air, this meant we could barely sleep. Unfortunately we will not be making a return booking.
