What an incredible stay at Piazza de Spagna Comfort Rooms! Mike, hotel manager, greeted us as we checked in and made us feel welcome. He gave us tips about the local area in Rome and the surrounding area is fantastic! A+ stay and hotel experience! I would recommend to friends and family and can’t wait to come back and visit again soon.

The room was very clean with perfect location to the piazza di spagna and the piazza di popolo. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. As a negative I would consider that the room did not have a balcony and the only available terrace was on the 5 th floor.

The finale of our trip, im glad i booked this hotel. Very close to where we wanna spend our final trip in Rome. Bigger room is a plus. Despite of no elevator, i will book this place again. Easy check in and check out too.

FRAUD!!! FRAUD!!! BE CAREFUL, it was NOT anything listed pictures of the property. Once we got there we were taken to a different apartment and the guy lied by saying “it was an upgrade” but it was really a down grade from the pictures shown. Broken ripped pull out sofa to make a bed. Not promised what shown. So just a warning to everyone. AND broken blinds, think about it anyone can see you from outside. UNBELIEVABLE

Great stay but please read the email they send!

First of all I’ll say this and please don’t make the same mistake I did! READ THE EMAIL THEY SEND YOU! It clearly states their rules and conditions for arrival and check in. For example in their rules for checking in is that if you arriba after 9pm there is a fee to pay also there is no 24hr reception, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Saying all that the place is amaZing and the location is the best, everything is seriously within walking distance and we did almost everything by walking. The gentleman who greets you is kind and friendly also very informative of the area. It’s good for families and it’s a quiet location.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the junior suite and it was great. Beautifully decorated and very spacious! The person who checked us in (forgot to ask him his name) was so incredibly nice and helpful! Airline lost our bag and he went above and beyond to help us get it back! Thank you! LOCATION!!!!!! 500 ft in between the Piazzi di Spagna and the Piazza del popolo. Fantastic. You go out, look at your left, you see the Piazza di spagna fountain, look at your left, you see the one for the piazza del popolo. Room is extra clean, all new, perfect. It's on the third floor and there is no elevator. But they will help you with your bags when checking-in. To check-out, just leave the key in your room and you go. It's not an hotel, it's a room that you rent. You cannot find a better location and better room for the price if you dont look for services. Once they check you in, they gave you the key and bye-bye. If there is a problem, you have to call and they will come. But there is no problem to have. Strongly recommend.
