Despite its compact size, Rasella 21 has been thoughtfully designed to offer maximum comfort in a cozy and functional space, fully optimized for your stay.

The contemporary décor blends harmoniously with designer elements to create a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere. Here, guests will find a spacious room with a double bed (the only room in the suite), along with a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials for a quick meal, including a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle.

The bathroom, like the rest of the suite, has been recently renovated, featuring a spacious shower designed for ultimate relaxation. Additional amenities include air conditioning and independent heating, a smart TV, and a washing machine available on the terrace. In addition to free Wi-Fi for guests, the suite is also equipped with a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector, as required by law.

The suite is located on the fourth and top floor of a historic building. A small elevator (suitable for one person) facilitates access, although it requires climbing about 7 steps between half-landings to reach or exit it. Please keep this in mind if any travelers have mobility difficulties.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 10:00.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.
