Pia was an excellent host! We LOVED staying in the annex of St Peter’ Six. Our room was very comfortable, located a short block away from excellent dining, and a very short walk to St Peter’s Square. Staff was super accommodating and pleasant. Room was sparking and in room coffee and tea were excellent.

Very close to the St Peter's Basilica.Very quiet area at night. Staff was helpful. Room was clean but very small. My husband and I could not walk around the room at the same time. No dresser for clothes. Also the free breakfast you have to walk 3-4 blocks away!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The annex suite was such a unique room, and the location was absolutely perfect for our Jubilee visit. Ciro was very responsive from the moment I booked, and Luca was equally attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived. He assisted us to our room and even shared some of the historical background of the place along the way. Throughout our stay, Luca responded promptly to any inquiries we had, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. I truly felt at home during the 10 days we stayed. The cleaning staff were also fantastic — especially Russell, who was always so friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Rome, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Amazing, historic location very close to the Vatican. Excellent coffee and tea provided in room, which is a HUGE plus (10 ⭐️). Although I did not care for the memory foam pillow, I was able to use one of the throw pillows from the bed and put the pillow case on it, which worked perfect for me.

Excellent location & staff ! We arrived late and there was no one to welcome us but, the communication to check in late was well organised and well managed. We stayed in the Quadruple room, it was perfect for us. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job keeping our room clean.
