This was the worst hotel experience I had in my whole life. Everything on the site was a lie. The distance to colosseum was not 7 but 30 minutes. The madras’s was so dirty that we started itching ourselves everyday. It’s a dirty apartment you share with 2 other strangers. The bathroom was dirty. We didn’t get any towels until the next day. It says breakfast included but we only get coupons for coffee and a croissant. I do NOT recommend this place. No one in charge speaks English end you get zero help. The pictures and descriptions are lies. Don’t trust this place. Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura non è stata positiva. Le informazioni sul sito non erano accurate: la distanza dal Colosseo è di circa 30 minuti a piedi, non 7 come indicato. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, in particolare il materasso e il bagno. Si tratta di un appartamento condiviso con altri ospiti, cosa che non era chiara nella descrizione. Non abbiamo ricevuto gli asciugamani fino al giorno successivo. La colazione inclusa consisteva solo in un buono per un caffè e un cornetto. Inoltre, è stato difficile comunicare con lo staff poiché nessuno parlava inglese. Le foto e le descrizioni online non riflettono esattamente la realtà. Personalmente, non mi sento di raccomandare questo alloggio.

Achei ótimo custo benefício, porém o anfitrião demora muito para responder, algo que se pensarmos não tem que se preocupar na viagem. No outro dia um funcionário já veio falando do horário do check in ANTES do horário, algo que não pega bem, parece que está expulsando da casa. Fica a dica para ter uma melhor experiência não fazer o turista passar por isso. A opção do café não é buffet, é um vale numa padaria próxima. De resto ok, local próximo

Prenoto una camera per tre persone, al nostro arrivo manca un letto che ci viene portato dopo alcune ore e sulla coperta ci sono macchie. La camera "vista città" affaccia sul cortile interno del palazzo e il davanzale della finestra è pieno di mozziconi di sigarette. Dalla porta accanto abbaiano dei cani. Il bagno in comune è sporco. L'unica luce della stanza è quella della plafoniera, non ci sono abatjour e la piantana è senza lampadine. Provo ad accendere la televisione e il telecomando non ha le pile. Fino a qui è tutto tollerabile visto il costo irrisorio del soggiorno. Quello che non è tollerabile è che alle 10 del mattino (ceck out comunicato dalla struttura ore 12.00) bussa alla porta l'addetto delle pulizie che ENTRA IN CAMERA SENZA PERMESSO e inizia a urlare che dobbiamo andare via immediatamente. Non sente ragioni per uscire, nemmeno il nostro doverci toglierci il pigiama e finge di non parlare italiano, riusciamo a farlo uscire solamente facendogli contattare il suo capo che si rifiuta di parlarci. Nessuno si scusa dell'accaduto.
