We got a very nice room with a sleeping area a large bathroom, a small kitchen with table and a little balcony. The room service breakfast was a nice touch each morning. Tiger at the front desk made our stay very welcoming and he was full of helpful information. A definite asset to this property. the hotels location is great. It is on a street full of restaurants and shops and only a few minutes from the Trevi fountain. The only downside was walking up all the steps to get to our room!

After checking in I was moved to another building. It was disgusting I almost went and booked another hotel but I stuck it out for the night. The bed was decent but shower was broken. I wouldn’t recommend people staying here.

Make sure you know if you are in the main hotel or separate annex building around the corner. The stairs are tricky and wind up to the upper floors.

Nice hotel but overpriced if given annex building

Hotel is nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. However the annex building where we were situated had a few issues. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. Something they did fix while we were there. The annex building rooms seemed to be recently renovated but it was done very cheaply with wood sticking out and exposed cables in the bathroom. Maybe the main building would be better but the annex is not worth its current 8.5 rating

Great location and staff, not a great hotel

Can't beat the location, walkable to the main attractions, close to Metro stations, almost on top of the Trevi Fountain. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the staff can't solve the disrepair of the room. There were water stains and or/mold on the walls, and a general state of uncleanliness, which really soured our experience. We would not stay here again.

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gardens, and great gelato and restaurants. If you get with breakfast, the meal is delivered to your room! We loved having room service. Tiger at the front desk went above and beyond in guiding us to good food, and giving us great directions. Helpful with humor: great!

This hotel is extremely dirty and run-down, nothing like the photos. The adjacent building (where we were supposed to stay) is located on a dark, unsafe street with no reception, making check-in difficult and uncomfortable. The conditions were so bad that we chose not to stay. The hotel initially promised a refund but never followed through. Beware—avoid this place!
