I stayed in Domus Aurea for a week Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. They got my room ready for early check in. It included a sauna which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Around the corner from the Trevi fountain.

It was difficult for the taxi cab driver to find it, but we finally found it and then we finally found somebody to let us in. The place was being painted on our floor, so it was rather dust steel paint and they gave us master wear so that we wouldn’t breathe in the paint dust when we got to our room. It was very nice the journey there wasn’t quite as nice. It was our last day in Rome and we wanted to see the Trevi fountain so it was close and walking distance that was nice.

While there was a misunderstanding in communication- they said that they upgraded our room, but when we looked it wasn't a better room, they did correct the mistake when we called it to their attention. Other than that, the staff is quick to reply to questions on WhatsApp, the room was awesome-private sauna & steamroll, comfortable bed, small balcony, clean, and an overall great stay! Our stay at Tritone Luxury Suites was excellent. The location is perfect, right beside the Trevi Fountain, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted us with a cheerful “good morning” every day. The room was in excellent condition, with thoughtful features like a rainfall shower and blackout curtains that made our stay even more comfortable. Both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
