Beautifully kept rooms in nice location

We had a lovely stay in this apartment! The staff were helpful and engaging. The only note is they should advertise the location of the reception office, as we were confused about where to go for check in. Other than that it was amazing!

Modern hotel, no breakfast option, relatively small room, excellent location next to Vatican, about 8-10’ walk from nearest metro station (Ottaviano). Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Confusing and tight

Hard to find because address is listed as “more than one found.” Rooms are spread out over 5 blocks in same neighborhood , staff is rarely around after hours, and hotels should always be staffed.

hotel close to Vatican city

lovely clean comfortable room close to Vatican city perfect location. only minor drawback twin beds not a double which roon was advertised as being. we found ourselves slipping in between the twin beds during our romantic getaway 😈. other than that I would recommend this hotel.

Really Great Hotel Close to Vatican

I booked this room in a hurry, didn't have time to check out too many other hotels and I was not disappointed. We booked 2 rooms. Check in was easy, Really nice rooms, clean bathrooms. 10 minute walk to the Vatican, great area. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. They have other hotels so there isn't anyone at the reception desk all the time, but they have phone numbers posted to call them if you need anything. Even with no one there all the time, we felt very safe. We loved the Hotel, very happy with the rooms and are definitely looking forward to staying there again.

Great room, fantastic location and friendly staff

Centrally located around all of the main attractions in Rome. The room had a balcony with amazing views and was always clean. The staff where very friendly and informative and offered many options on what to do. Definitely will be back and a must if you want to be close to many attractions. Thank you for a great stay.

The Vatican is just steps away.

Next time we visit Rome, I will not have to search. We'll be staying at Vatican Rooms no matter what the purpose of our travel will be.

Great location, clean room

Vatican Inn is just what it says...walking distance to the Vatican and many other tourist sites. There are many local restaurants. Downside is a vague address "various locations" . Apparently they have many rooms in the area and meet you at possibly redirect you to another. A little stressful if you are arriving late at night. Room is neat, clean. Bed comfortable. "Breakfast" is do-it-yourself coffee or tea and cookie-like treats and cereal but no milk.

2h attente sur le trottoir devant la porte de l immeuble. Personne ne repondait au tel. Message d attente au tel en italien pas d interloccuteur en ligne puis enfin avec l aide du portier de l immeuble qui n avait rien a y voir nous avons reussi a obtenir le passage d une personne qui a verifie nos documents puis contacte les responsables et nous a enfin donne les clefs en reconnaissan s etre trompe et avoir loue l appartement a d autres clients qu il allait loger ailleurs...Nous les avions deja joints depuis notre domicile avant de partir et il n y avait aucun probleme pourtant...

Les deux lits simples collés ensemble pour en faire un lit double, n'était pas très confortable. Les chambres étaient très propre. Il manqua d'eau chaude à un moment, mais les gens de l'hôtel ont réglés la situation rapidement.

Llegamos al departamento y no habia recepcion ni una persona que nos asistiera. Hubo que llamar por telefono para que vienieran a recibirnos y nos cambiaron de departamento y de edificio razon por la cual nos hospedamos en uno diferente al que habiamos contratado. Una noche que tuvimos un inconveniente llamamos al contacto y nos respondio al dia siguiente.

도시 한 가운데 있는 편리한 호텔

도시 한 가운데 있어 관광 하기에는 아주 편리하나, 무료 주차 시설이 없어 무지 불편하며, 옆에 있는 사설 주차장을 이용해야 함으로 추가로 주차 비용( 하루에 20유로비용이 발생함) 이 발생하여, 비용 부담이 있습니다.

Udmærket centralt hotel med god service

Fint lille hotel med super god central beliggenhed. Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Eneste minus er at der er meget lydt og at temperaturen på badevandet flere gange pludseligt skiftede over til brændende varmt vand (altså så det gjorde ondt).

Not worth the money

Cold water the first day. (I mean really cold water). The king-size bed for two was two beds next to each other with an uncomfortable joint not very romantic... The bathroom-door was broken and you could not close it from within. Again, not very romantic. Location was nice though and it was clean, but far to expensive even though we got it at "half price"...

gut gelegenes und modernes Hotelzimmer

Das Hotelzimmer ist gut und zentral gelegen und wurde täglich, auch zu späteren Zeiten, gesäubert und aufgeräumt. Wir hatten es uns anfangs jedoch anders vorgestellt, nämlich dass es wie ein richtiges Hotel mit Rezeption etc. sei. Deshalb war es zuerst etwas schwierig, das Hotelzimmer zu finden und mussten persönlichen Kontakt zu einer Mitarbeitenden aufnehmen (wenn man kein Internet zur Verfügung hat, ist dies etwas kostenaufwändig und mühsam, da wir keine wirkliche Adresse für das Hotelzimmer hatten, was erst später für uns Sinn machte, da es lediglich Hotelzimmer und kein 'normales' Hotel ist ...) Ansonsten hat alles sehr gut geklappt und nach 1-2 Telefonaten konnten wir die Kontaktperson sowie das Zimmer in einem Innenhof finden. Die junge Dame hat uns sehr gut informiert und konnte uns wichtige Tipps für den Aufenthalt im Rom geben. Danach verlief der der Aufenthalt reibungslos und ohne Beschwerden, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön modern eingerichtet und durch die Klimaanlage konnten wir eine Auszeit von der Hitze draussen nehmen.
