Flatinrome Campo dei Fiori

Flatinrome Campodefiori is a comfortable one bedroom apartment located in a quiet alley in the very centre of Rome in a very characteristic area between Piazza Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Farnese, in a strategic position to reach all the main sites easily on foot (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc. etc.). Despite being in one of the most touristic areas of Rome, the area still retains the typical 'flavour' of traditional Rome, with local shops and handicrafts.

The flat is located on the second floor of a small 2 storey building and consists of a living room covered by wooden walls with two windows overlooking Vicolo del Giglio, a sofa bed (with two single beds measuring 180 X 80 cm with real, comfortable mattresses that can be joined together to form a double bed) and a table for 4 people. The flat has a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. A staircase leads to the mezzanine with private access and a double bed.

Flatinrome Campodefiori is provided with all comforts: air conditioning, radiators, washing machine, Wifi connection with portable device that you can take with you to have connections even outside the flat, Smart TV with Netflix channels.

Like almost all traditional buildings in Rome, to access the floor you have to climb a fairly steep flight of steps (but fortunately short!) which does not make this flat a viable option for people with reduced mobility. However, the difficulties in accessing it will be compensated by the charm of staying in the middle of the historical centre, in a typical ancient Roman residence, where the well known Spanish painter and writer Ramon Gaia lived. The flat belongs to a journalist and writer who left his typewriter used in the early years of his career here.



Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for deep cleaning.

Flatinrome Campo dei Fiori offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
