I loved staying here with my 2 pups. Such a beautiful peaceful place. Loved the animals. The hosts are incredibly kind and hard-working. Very friendly, helpful and flexible. I would highly recommend staying here if your travelling with pets and looking for a serene peaceful rest
Our hosts were very well organised and very hospitable. We ordered dinner and breakfast from the menu they offered and were delighted with the quality and presentation of the food. The tiny house itself is delightful and the bed was super comfortable. Location is very private. Altogether a charming experience!
Wonderful host and family. We travelled with our granddaughter who enjoyed the farm animals and the uniqueness of the Tiny House. A little bit out of the way but well worth it. Enjoyed a very tasty chic meal.
My husband and I stayed only for 2 nights, but it was the best weekend getaway we have had together in awhile! The owners were more than kind and accommodating, and the tiny home was super clean and cozy! Everytime we had a question, it was easy to contact the owners and they answered without delay nor judgement. They are super friendly!
I seriously would love a tiny home myself after staying here. It was so just relaxing, and our little dog loved it too! Overall, just an amazing experience! Would definitely come back and hopefully stay longer!
The Golden Hill Farmstay was so beautiful. Quiet, relaxing, peaceful, and felt safe. The Tiny House was cute and stocked with everything you need. đ loved the visit from the young son with his cute chicks and dogs Max and Jett. He even dropped us some more firewood. Lovely hosts. đ
Brilliant property, amazing hosts - very approachable and friendly. Loved the finishing touches. The property was very clean and had everything you would need. Will definitely return.
The Epitome of Tranquility.
I stayed at Golden Hill farmstay for a night and recommend it to anyone wanting a taste of calmness on a beautiful property.
The tiny home has everything you may need, including a bbq and a small fire pit. The bed is comfortable and cold drinking water is supplied.
The tiny home is located on a picturesque farming property, surround by wondering cattle, chooks, and the sounds of chirping birds. Watching the sunset and stars appear is best enjoyed with a glass of wine (or beer) and the minimal light pollution allows the night sky to light up and provides a new perspective of the number of stars in the sky (recommend staying on a night with no moon).
Cannot fault my stay here and canât wait to return. The property is stunning and a short drive from Agnes Waters / 1770. Absolutely recommended.
Its not called golden hill for nothing....My partner, puppy & myself had the most amazing stay, watching the stunning sunsets from our accomodation. The property owners de & luke were so lovely, they gave us information on places in the area and cooked us a meal one night (upon request & paid in advance), which was extremely yummy!! We were able to walk around the farm property and get up close to the chickens, cows & sheep. We also ordered some of their farm fresh eggs which were organised and delivered by the owners (Again, absolutely amazing!). If your wanting time in nature to get away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you! The tiny home itself was clean, comfy & had everything we needed!
Will be back for sure!
Thank you de & Luke for having us, you guys were top notch hosts :)
I loved getting away and having space with no one around. A real little retreat from society.
Close enough to beaches to go out for an hr or two.
The hosts were super nice and accommodating. The dogs also had a wonderful time.
I would definitely be back!
Absolutely loved my stay. Had my dog with me and he loved it too. So quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious and the hosts were so lovely. Will definitely come back again
We stayed one night at Golden Hill Farm. It was a great stop on our road trip. The tiny house was a bit hard to find. Instructions about the gates would be useful, but once settled we enjoyed the peace and beauty of the farm. Was chef kangaroos at dusk and enjoyed the cozy house. Hosts made us delicious breakfast for a little fee and delivered it to our door. Recommend if your traveling through the area.
Neat as a pin house we stayed for a night, comfortable, just enough space for 3.
Loved the outdoor fireplace, perfect setting for an evening tipple.
Composting loo not expected but was odourless and clean, bathroom otherwise was cheerful.
Hosts were delightful and completely accommodating (we towed a biggish boat) strongly suggest getting some eggs here too, they're the tastiest I've had for years. Dinner offered was taken up and ir was totally delish.
Had a great stay recently, property was easy to get to, the meals were delicious and the location/home were lovely. Really highly recommend - our 5yo had so much fun he didn't want to leave!
It was our first time staying at a tiny house and we are so glad we did. The accomodation was spotless, the owners were so kind and accomodating and it was just a really special experience. We highly recommend!
Honestly the best holiday I have had by myself. I travelled with my pups, and the family were so lovely. Food was cooked for me on arrival. I was invited to explore the farm and help with the animals (which I gladly accepted) Honestly, it was a beautiful getaway weekend. It was also close to Agnes Waters, (50 minutes) but I wasn't expecting the beach to be so close.
I will be back again. It was the best weekend I could have had.
Thank you to the beautiful family :)
