When we arrived the property was clean as usual. Overall I am satisfied with the stay but considering the cost of the rooms here you should receive water that is not $8 dollars each and a microwave should be standard in the rooms considering lower scale rooms have them available.

Nice hotel near O’Hare. Highly convenient if you need to be near the airport. Appreciated the frequent airport shuttle. Staff was courteous and efficient. Room was spacious and comfortable.
