This apartment is located in a quiet south-facing slope with a fantastic sea view of the Bay of Roses.
A separate staircase on the side of the house leads to the east terrace and the entrance of the apartment with a view of the lovingly landscaped garden.
Two people will find ideal living comfort on approx. 80 m2 in a Mediterranean ambience.
Equipped with a bedroom en suite with air conditioning, an open living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and two terraces, it offers (almost) everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
The swimming pool is located on the west side and is an ideal place to enjoy the sun or to let your thoughts wander under the awning in the shade with a view of the sea and the adjacent nature park.

As already mentioned, the garden was beautifully Mediterranean and perfectly adapted to the hillside and terraced. This helped create a cozy, covered seating area on a separate level in the garden, where the charcoal grill is located.

Deze oase, perfect zoals ze beschreven was. We hebben intens genoten van het uitzicht en van ons rustig en prettig verblijf in dit prachtig appartement niet ver van het bruisende Roses.

Toller entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben in Alfredos Haus in Mas Fumats/Roses einen tollen zweiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Alfredo und Daphne waren sehr gastfreundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus/die Wohnung ist traumhaft, die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Roses atemberaubend, um alles wird sich liebevoll gekümmert. Wer einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub erleben möchte, ist hier richtig. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu erkunden und zu erleben:-Strandtage am großen Strand von Roses oder eher an kleinen Stränden wie Almadrava-Ein Abstecher nach Cadaques, wo Salvador Dali Jahrzehnte gelebt hat-Wanderungen oder ausgiebige Fahrradtouren durch das Cap de Creus-Abstecher nach Empuriabrava mit seinen Kanälen-Besuch der Ruinen der alten römischen Siedlung bei Emupries-Besuch des Dali Museums in Figueres, Dalis Geburtsort

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick

Mein Partner und ich konnten eine Woche in der schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben und es wird nicht zu viel versprochen. Jeden Morgen wacht man mit einem wundervollen Blick aufs Meer auf und auf Sauberkeit sowie Privatsphäre wird hier sehr geachtet. Das private Fahrzeug kann man auf dem Gelände sicher und überdacht abstellen. Desweiteren stehen der Pool und eine große Terrasse zur Verfügung. Wir werden sicher wieder diese Unterkunft für einen nächsten Uralub buchen :). Alfredo ist ein unfassbar sympathischer Mann, mit dem wir uns auch sehr lange unterhalten und ausgetauscht haben. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!

Un grand merci a daphne et alfredo pour leurs accueil, notre sejour dans ce magnifique logement a ete parfait du debut a la fin. Si vous cherchez detente et dépaysement en profitant du confort et d’une piscine privée a temperature ideal foncez ! Et que de dire de la vue imprenable sur la baie de roses ! Ein Traum

Zur Wohnung: Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Traum Aussicht auf die Bucht von Roses. Super Wohlfühlatmosphäre !!! Zur Agentur: Super netter Kontakt und absolut kompetent. Zum Vermieter: Absolut Topp !!! Wir haben uns in über 40 Jahren Spanienurlaub noch niemals so wohlgefühlt :-) Vielen Dank Alfredo für die schönen Urlaubstage und deine super tolle Gastfreundschaft. Magnifique !

Quel appartement ! les terrasses les jardins, la piscine, l'hôte, par quoi commencer tellement il est difficile de décrire notre satisfaction pour notre séjour en quelques phrases. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. Parlons du cadre, un appartement dans un quartier très calme, un jardin magnifique, deux terrasses avec vue sur la baie de Rosas. La piscine, rien que pour nous, très bien entretenue avec encore une vue magnifique. Je finirai par notre hôte, Alfredo, d'une discrétion exceptionnelle et d'une extrême gentillesse les très rares fois ou nous l'avons vu. Un petit mot également pour Daphné qui gère la location, quelqu'un de très gentille et très arrangeante. Quoi dire de plus ? un seul mot, PARFAIT et nous reviendrons.

Urlaub in Roses

Wunderschöne ruhig gelegene und vor allem sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt hier braucht. Der Vermieter hat mit uns gleich Anfangs eine kleine Spritztour ( mit Mundschutz) gemacht und alles wichtige und Sehenswerte in Roses gezeigt. Er fragte auch regelmäßig nach ob alles soweit gut ist und war für uns ansprechbar.

Unbeschreiblich schön!

Mein Freund und ich haben letzte Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung unseren Urlaub genossen. Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und hygienisch. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keinen einzigen Wunsch übrig, es fehlt einfach an nichts. Und alles ist sehr qualitativ eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben, man muss es mit eigenen Augen gesehen haben, selbst das beste Foto kann es nicht wiedergeben, was man mit den Augen wahrnimmt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sehr sauber, der Strand, das Meer, die Buchten einfachen wundervoll. Und nicht zu vergessen, der Vermieter, der über der Wohnung wohnt, ist ein herzensguter Mensch, sehr sehr sympathisch und nett und hat uns wundervolle Insiderwissen für tolle Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben ihn sehr in unser Herz geschlossen. Alles in allem: es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer perfekten Wohnung und Lage.. Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen.
