Huge villa only 2 minutes walk from the beach of Almadrava

Perfect property to share between three or four families at 40 meters from the sandy beach. The 4mx8m pool can be used all summer.

The main house has capacity for 10 people and the studio for 4 people. In addition to Wifi, TV, and ping pong table.

A staircase leads to the main house. There we find a large kitchen with access to the terrace with barbecue and a nice and spacious living-dining room overlooking the bay. On this same floor we have a double bedroom with bathroom. On the upper floor we find 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

These 4 bedrooms have air conditioning units.

The fully independent studio for 4 people, consists of 1 double bedroom, bathroom and a double sofa bed in the living/dining/kitchen area.

The house has 3 garages.

A couple of minutes walk from the sandy cove of Almadrava, where in the summer months we find bars and restaurants, such as the Santa Lucia that in addition to good food offers live music twice a week in summer.

Remember to bring your own set of sheets and towels, although you can rent them at the reception (10 € / sheets, 5 € / towels).

A deposit of 1000€ will be blocked on a credit card on the day of arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure.

Un peu décevant

La plancha absente et le barbecue inutilisable car trop gras et mal lavé. A 15 ça devient compliqué de faire à manger dans une cuisine quand on espère profiter du matériel proposé sur l’annonce. Les extérieurs sales, détritus au sol, mégots dans les pots de fleurs et une terrasse sans pente où nous avons dû écoper l’eau de pluie pendant une heure car aucune raclette à disposition. Le grille pain ne fonctionnant pas non plus. Dans le studio d’en bas au sol une centaine de cadavre de moucherons oublié dans le ménage. Ménage que nous avons payé 250€. Contact pris avec l’agence pour négocier une remise on nous propose d’envoyer quelqu’un pour refaire le ménage alors que nous avons tout fait à notre arrivée. La maison est sympa mais le prix et la prestation de piètre qualité. A oublier pour notre part.

Maison super bien située, tout près de la plage ! Nous avons trouvé que la maison est mal entretenue,par contre le nettoyage était correct; 2 volets cassés, studio au rez de chaussée insalubre, joints des douches et sanitaires à refaire, salon de jardin inexistant, pas assez de chaises de piscine, la maison n'est pas prévue pour 16 personnes ! Heureusement, l'Agence immobilière est bien intervenue (JV IMMO).
