You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The historic cottage was a carriage house in the past and has been converted into an adorable little guest house. Its sits behind our business and is quiet and very private.
Inside you’ll find one queen size bed, a small chair that makes into a narrow bed (child size or a very thin person), love seat, whirlpool tub, kitchenette, smart TV with Roku and excellent WiFi.
Outdoors you find a fully fenced private yard with a private hot tub, a barbecue grill and a fire pit.
The space
The guest suite is a detached studio with approx 450 sq ft. It has a private yard with a grill and outdoor furniture. A queen size bed, a full bath with a whirlpool tub and a kitchenette which consists of a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, two burner cooktop, pots & pans, coffee maker, table & 2 chairs, and a kitchen sink. No pets allowed at this listing. We do have another listing that does allow pets.

We do not allow pets at the cottage. We do have two other studios where we do allow pets.
We do have bugs in the desert so even with regular spraying you might see some but usually they’re dead. If these are issues for you please stay elsewhere.
