Exceptional space for multiple families!

My young family of 5 and my in-laws young family of 3 stayed at this property to visit grandparents in Rotunda. The entire process was easy and straight forward. The host was communicative before our trip and during as the outdoor tv needed replacing (we hardly noticed the defect but the host was quick to make changes when those things occurred). They have a nice binder to refer to for any questions/recommendations during our stay (example - things to do, restaurants they like, etc!). The house was spacious and clean. I’d recommend this place to any family looking for an easy, clean stay!

Excellent accommodations for large family

All went perfect with a lot of room for ten of us. The pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed watchingNCAA basketballs outdoor tv. Great restaurants and beaches on Gasparilla. The pond was an added surprise with my grandson catching fish and a 4 foot gator.

Another amazing stay!

This is our 2nd visit to this property! We love the convenient location and layout of the home for our family. The pool and spa are an added plus and we love the digit app controller. The owner is very easy to contact and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any question or concerns we had! The home is clean, no clutter, decorated comfortably and stocked with just the right amt of things needed from dishes to towels. I recommend this property for families who do not need an "over the top" home, it is beautiful and perfect our families need.(1 adult couple in the 40s, 1 adult couple in 70s and a 12 years old) the bedrooms were prefect. 1 master king 1 queen spare rm, 1 spare with bunks(full size) and a office with a pullout couch. We could not go to the beach this visit because it was post hurricane, but last year it was beautiful, thank goodness for the pool/spa! Will stay again!

Wonderful Location

We absolutely loved the location of this property! The pool provided so much time for us to relax on those rainy days and just have fun together as a family. The beach was roughly 15 minutes away, which was perfect for us. The one thing we couldn’t figure out was the AC. We would get home in the evenings and the house would be almost 80 degrees even though we had it set at 66 (the lowest that was allowed). We tried to figure out the AC but couldn’t. However, this wasn’t a big deal for us at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Rotunda West

Great Location if you have friends/relatives that live in Rotundo West. The house amenities were delightful. The pool and the hot tub are beautiful and the outdoor living space is set up beautiful. There are three bedrooms two bath and kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you would need. The homeowner is very responsive and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is a great layout, especially with kids. The lanai with the pool, hot tub and couch with tv was perfect. Very nice amenities for taking to the beach. It was a nice place to stay with our family.

Amazing place

I've stayed in a few other vacation rentals and this is by far the most accommodating. The house was clean as could be, had so many items included (items for the beach, bikes, swim toys etc) and furnishings way above par. Michelle was also super responsive and very helpful when I couldn't figure something out. I'm already trying to figure out when to go back!

Snowbird Getaway

My wife and I are retired and we stayed for about 4 weeks. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the layout of the house as well as the quiet neighborhood. The pool/spa area was especially popular. Our daughter and son-in law stayed for a few days and we all enjoyed the beaches/pool/spa. Later on my wife's brother and his wife joined us for two weeks and everyone enjoyed the pool/spa as well as the quietness of the neighborhood and restaurants. The house is well laid out for for privacy as well as for common family gatherings. Shopping was close by as were some of the beaches. Relatively speaking there were no traffic concerns! Fantastic area/Great restaurants to which we visited frequently. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions that we had- great communication. We would stay here again for another month of diversion from the north in the winter!

Great Getaway

Property was wonderful and just what we needed for our family vacation. Michelle, the property owner was amazing, easy to contact and followed up quickly. I recommend this property. Excellent home away from home!

My family consisting of my husband and myself, my mother in law, and our 7 children (ages ranging from 9-18) all LOVED this house so much! First of all, it is gorgeous! The furniture is comfortable, everything was super clean and it is so spacious! The kids enjoyed having the pool and hot tub, as did we. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could need and more. We discovered beach chairs and toys and even a canopy in the garage. We had two small issues during our stay, beyond the owners control, but both were resvolved quickly and graciously with prompt communication via text with Michelle. Thank you so much for that! This home will make your vacation so much better!

Great place!

We stayed for 5 nights on a family vacation, eight adults and a 4 year old, and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. The pool was great and used daily and there were several beaches to choose from within 15-20 minutes away. Great place and would stay again.

Very comfortable, nicely appointed home in quiet well maintained neighborhood

Everything was great! The house was very clean and comfortable, and the beverages in the refrigerator were a welcome and unexpected treat at the end of a long and very late travel day. The house had everything we needed and then some. We didn’t use the hot tub, but the pool was great. The owners were attentive and very easy to work with. We had a small problem with the toilet in the master suite. I texted the owner about it in the morning and it was fixed by the time we returned that evening. We would definitely try to stay here again if we were in the area.

Spring break

Absolutely the nicest house we have ever stayed at. The master suite is amazing. The house is nicely decorated with everything you will need for a vacation. The bedding is clean and nice quality. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool and hot tub are very clean and easy to use. Brad and Michelle are amazing. Very easy to communicate with. Answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We would love to come back.
