Rooms need a refresher. They are tired and dated. My plastic bath mat for the bathtub was moldy! Beds were comfortable, service was great! … We were in the middle of someone else’s family reunion so doors slammed on two sides of us until after midnight. No sleep for us. Reservations should think about stuff like that!

The view from the room was amazing if one overlooked the rooves and bins. The bath plug was disgusting and the shower over the bath didn't work. There was what looked like menstrual blood on the wall behind the bin in the bathroom. This bit was gross. The public areas were faultless and the restaurant food A+

Check in staff was hard to understand, maybe he had a cold?? When asked, he said we had breakfast included, but in the morning we were told we did not! Being so close to geothermal activity its ironic the 2 hot tubs were cool enough for the kids to play ib, and of no use to the adults.

The room was just tired, the bathroom was small the toilet paper in the dispenser was about 80% used, their were women's' hairs in the bed and the bathroom, not great. The vanity tap had a water saving needle jet that wet me every time I rinsed my hands, the bathroom was pokey, the television old and not great. The hotel is very tired and in my view not a Rydges, more like an Ibis

Rooms were a bit tired and worn down. Oldest air con I’ve ever seen and made so much noise. The tap in the bathroom was impractical so small you couldn’t wash your hands properly. The bathroom was tiny.

The room was very spacious and clean. A bit dated. The hotel its self was big. Which i think didn't help. It didn't feel comfortable or friendly. The reception staf were definitely not friendly. And it felt lacking in character or furniture.
