Wohnung mit mehr Potenzialmöglichkeiten

Wohnlage sehr ruhig mit grossen, aber pflegebedürftigen Balkon. Ausstattung der gepflegten und sauberen Wohnung mittelklassig einzustufen. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Die Küche und Ausstattung ist leider für diese Preisklasse zu einfach gehalten. Das Wohnzimmer wirkt stillos und hat keinen charakter. Es fehlen Bilder und ein wiederkehrendes Farbprinzip. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefuehlt, waren aber etwas enttäuscht, da wir in dieser Preiskategorie eine höhere Erwartungshaltung haben.

Ausstattung Küche

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, allerdings nicht zu viert bewohnbar. In der Küche ist Geschirr häufig nur genau 4 mal vorhanden. Grundlegende Küchenhelfer wie Schneebesen, Kartoffelschälmesser u.ä. fehlen leider gänzlich. Gruß Christine Buhr
