Good for bars with a central location. Certainly not the most exclusive hotel but some other reviews are probably a little unfair. My room was clean, the bathroom was nice. It’s clear that the property requires investment.

The hotel is very central and you have many restaurants nearby and public transportation is easy accesible from there. However, the elevator was not working for the whole 3 days that we were there and we had many luggages and our room was in the third floor so you can imagine the struggle. Furthermore, on the last night the turned the ventilator on for some hours which caused our room to become dry and hot. The ventilator was also very loud. On the other hand, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is great, but apart from that it wasn’t good. When we arrived it was 34 degrees and when we got into our room there was a machine with air con buttons but it was blowing hot air into the room (unbearable) we went to reception to ask and they informed us there was no air con and no way we could change rooms, we asked for a spare fan and tried to stay through the night as we didn’t have an option. The hotel was a bit dodgy and when walking to our room we spotted somebodies drugs which had dropped out of the bag on the floor. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up leaving after 1 and getting somewhere else. We tried to contact Expedia about this (they were great) but the hotel refused to give us a refund for the one night and wouldn’t cooperate with us or Expedia. It’s a shame as the location is great and some of the receptionists are great but it wasn’t great at all

Bed bugs everywhere, bitten to shreds. The street is too busy until 2am every night to sleep and the windows in our room wouldn’t close. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Disgusting, unclean and a health hazard.

Very basic

My hotel room very basic, with a short and narrow single bed, and noisy due to its location right above the lively nightlife street. However the lady at check in was exceptionally friendly and helpful - but there was not much she could do about the room!

This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The room had no window, dirty sheets, and a lousy mattress. There were foul smells all over. The only good thing is the location. We booked four nights but left after one night because it was that bad.

The room was not clean at all the ground was dirty like no one has vacuumed the ground. The hotel itself also not clean the reception was also dirty. The room was freezing cold! I asked the staff why it’s like this they answered we has a central heating system to all room and you couldn’t control the room temperature! Very very bad

Overall not a pleasant experience

The room was extremely basic as I expected, but even then it wasn't a great stay. An external fan was placed in the room but didn't really do much to cool the room. There was a single hanger but no where to put it. There was coat hanger but there was shelves in the way so couldn't use. While the bathroom was a decent size and a good shower, the toilet didn't seem to flush very well and had to use it a couple of times. The tap was very loose and lighting in the bathroom wasn't great as when using the mirror you only saw a shadow on your face. There seems to be mold painted over in one of the corners of the main room. Outside of the room, the lift wasn't working and so there was a lot of stairs to my room. There was also leaks happening in the foyer. There wasn't clear enough signs for large steps and also fell. Staff was pleasant enough but I can't recommend this hotel. Maybe as a one night stay but overall it wasn't a great experience.

The experience overall was extremely poor. The lift was broken and the room was on the thrid floor. When I got to the room the shower was not connected, the bin was broken and the bedside light did not work. I will not be staying again
