We offer you this magnificent brand new and bright flat of 67 m² which combines an afro-chic and modern style located in the heart of the city of Rouen. It has a capacity of five people in two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes. As an additional sleeping solution, the living room has a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower column for relaxing moments and a washbasin as well, the toilet is separate from it.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook like at home. There is an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, a fridge, a washing machine and plenty of storage space for your groceries. The living room has a lounge and dining table with a television. You also have access to a balcony with outdoor furniture to get some fresh air or simply enjoy the scenery.
