Casa Ostal is a welcoming apartment with a spacious mezzanine sleeping area, set on the small square of a quiet alpine hamlet. It is designed for guests looking for a comfortable, well-organized home, with warm and functional spaces, ideal for families, small groups or mountain stays all year round.

The living area is designed for spending time together, with an equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, microwave, dining area and relaxation space with a large sofa bed.

The spacious mezzanine sleeping area is divided into two separate areas, with two comfortable double beds, wardrobes and chests of drawers. The skylight and window make the rooms brighter and airier.

The entrance overlooks the small square of the hamlet, in a quiet and intimate setting. Casa Ostal’s strongest feature is its indoor atmosphere: warm, functional and well-organized spaces for families or small groups.

A laundry area with washing machine and dryer is also available, especially useful for stays of several days, active holidays, trekking, MTB or ski weeks.

The house is suitable for mountain stays all year round. In summer and in the shoulder seasons it is a good base for hiking, MTB, alpine villages, the Fenestrelle Fort, Pracatinat, the Selleries refuge, the Assietta route and other outdoor itineraries. On warmer days, the hamlet offers a cooler and quieter climate than the plain.

In winter, access to the Vialattea ski area is about 15 minutes away, while staying in a quieter hamlet than the busier ski resorts.

The village centre is reachable in a few minutes on foot, with a bar, grocery shop, tobacconist and newsstand. A car is recommended to explore the valley, ski slopes, mountain huts and nearby villages freely.

Andrea was an absolutely perfect host! There is not one bad thing I could say about this stay. Andrea communicated excellently at all stages of the booking and kitted the apartment with every necessity one could imagine. I did not expect such luxury, but I am not complaining :) The apartment is even prettier than the photos! Andrea has given careful attention to every detail and there was not one thing I could fault. The apartment is newly renovated, with simple yet pretty (and practical) furniture and appliances. The little village is beautful and we enjoyed walking around the area and discovering the many pretty paintings on many of the buildings as well as the many natural water fountains. It is about a 15 minute drive to Pragelato and 30 minutes to Sestriere, perfect location if you prefer to avoid the crowds and enjoy the calm. We loved every minute of our time here and would definitely love to return in the near future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Roure chez Andréa. L'appartement est totalement conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons des échanges précis et chaleureux avec Andréa en amont de notre séjour. Il nous a très bien conseillé sur la manière la plus appropriée de nous rendre aux stations de ski de Via Lattea. A notre arrivée, le logement était très propre, bien chauffé et accueillant. il est tout à fait agréablement aménagé. La literie est douillette et confortable. La station de Pragelato à 15mn du logement permet un accès rapide à toutes les stations de Via Lattea : Sestrières, Sauze D'Oulx, Montgenèvre,... Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
