The accommodation is perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day at work after 5 p.m. or for enjoying a daytime city break. Ideal for busy professionals and workers who are not present during the day, as there is a foot care clinic open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and all conversations from the clinic can be heard from the residence.
Therefore, teleworking will not be possible during the day!

The apartment is a large 4½-bedroom with a basement, where every detail has been thought of for your comfort.
- Two closed bedrooms with ultra-comfortable queen beds. An elegant bedroom on the ground floor and the second bedroom in the basement.
- A living room in the basement with a smart TV (Roku) for access to Netflix, YouTube and more.
- A large, well-stocked kitchen on the ground floor (utensils, dishes, oil, condiments, Keurig with pods included, etc.).
- A bathroom with towels, soaps, shampoo, wipes and an enchanting scent as soon as you step inside.
Guest Access:
You'll have 100% private access to the entire property.
- Autonomous entry thanks to a smart lock with personalized code, and a secure key box in backup.
- Two private parking spaces are provided at all times
