The hotel was short-staffed, which caused several issues during our stay. The WiFi did not work well enough to connect the PS5 for the kids. The couch in our room was very dirty and had holes in it. I attempted to contact staff for assistance but was unsuccessful due to them being “short staffed,” and when we did interact with staff, they were rude. Starbucks coffee was advertised as being available from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., but there was no creamer available. We had to wait a long time for someone to bring half-and-half. The breakfast dining area is extremely small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. At the swimming pool, there were many children jumping in and out, and no staff ever addressed the situation or informed parents of the rules. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

Great staff and good breakfast. The room was clean. They need a ramp on the second floor for the bell carts but other than that, it was a great stay. It is minutes away from good restaurants and wine bars.
