"Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, die Zimmer gemütlich und auch das Personal überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleinere Dinge könnten sicherlich verbessert werden, aber insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings die Abrechnung am Ende: Uns wurde eine Leistung berechnet, die wir gar nicht genutzt hatten. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken wurde der Betrag schließlich wieder storniert. Das hat den ansonsten positiven Eindruck etwas getrübt.
Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen, da der Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm war."
