Stayed in the modern newer part of the hotel. Definitely recommended clean and good value. Beach was practically empty during the week. Good seafood restaurant 10 min walk from the hotel. And 5 min drive to nearest restaurants and bars.

The location was great. Due to the proximity of the beach, our floor was dirty. The staff all around was excellent. We extended our stay and the front desk staff was super accommodating and wonderful!

It was very expensive to book the rooms (more than $383 per night per room), so we expected good rooms with good views. We stayed 3 nights, and booked two rooms, but we were very very disappointed with our stay! It was horrible. 1) The rooms were very small even for a king room, with barely any space to walk. The queen room we booked was supposed to have a river view, but actually overlooked the overflowing trash bins in the back. 2) There were no elevators, guests had to bring up all their heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. 3) There were NO room cleaning services provided during our whole stay, even though we requested these services every day. They said only do room cleaning after guests have checked out. 4) There were ants around the microwave. 5) The pool has floating debris (used band-aids floating in the water, etc). I would never go back to this place! Definitely NOT worth the expense.

Location is wonderful, but the hotel, food, pool and pool area, older guestrooms, stairs, front desk service are all horrible. no one picked up garbage, empty cups around pool all day. the guest room floors were filthy if you walk barefoot you feet get filthy. nobody cleaning the rooms or refresh towels. tv reception awful. you put a ton of money into the new building but the rest of the property is disqusting. no water in room, can’t get coffee in morning. disaster.
