Yes. Nice staff. Room fine but the door wasn’t closing properly. We were interrupted at 9 pm to try to fix it. We were already in bed. He apologized but it was an awkward interaction.

Very clean, modern room, and already toasty when we arrived. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It's a minimal staff, so expect what you might experience staying at a distant relative's house.

We were impressed with how updated our room with two beds, was with nicely tiled shower, touch screen mirror. The retro red frig and microwave was cool. It was very clean and comfortable for the two nights we stayed. We would come again!

Staff was excellent! had an issue with the blinds in my room and the gentleman in the office swap me in to a new one no problem, if you book ahead the preheat the rooms during the colder months!

Stayed with the family. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were very welcoming. It was close to everything: lake arrowhead village and skypark at santa village. Also, it was close to most of the hiking trail

At first look , it seemed very clean but then we found a clump of hair on the shower floor . There were used contact lenses left by the window. There was a folded towel by the sink with lipstick stains on it. When it was time for bed , we noticed the sheets had what seemed to be burn holes on them . The place overall was quiet but housekeeping was not the best.

I left my watch in my room. I didn't know until they called me. Thank you very much. I am ready to mail it to me. It is a very recommended hotel. The biggest highlight is quiet and clean. I will come to stay for a few days next time and enjoy a quiet life.

One of the pillows on our bed had major stains, very visible through the white pillowcase. So gross! Walls are very thin, heard guests talking and being intimate with each other. The heater/AC unit is super loud, kept waking me up at night. It’s not a bad place to stay for a night, but they need to do a better job with their bedding cleanliness- the rest of the room was clean. Room looks updated too.
