Stunning home in Rute

This simple and comfortable holiday home with pool is surrounded by olive groves in the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful interior of Andalusia with its picturesque villages, towns steeped in history and contrasting natural landscapes.

The private, fenced plot, from which you have beautiful views of the hills and olive groves, lies undisturbed in the midst of nature and has a fabulous pool with jacuzzi, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue area next to it. In front of the house there is another terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy relaxed al fresco meals with your loved ones. The interior is modern and functional. The holiday home, which is self-sufficient in solar energy thanks to its own solar panels, has a large, cosy dining and living area with a fireplace, an open, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a shower. The house is heated by a pellet-fuelled radiator. The first bag of pellets is free of charge, all further bags cost extra.

This holiday home is not far from the villages of Rute and Lucena, where you will find all kinds of services, shops and restaurants. Rute is known for its carnival and Christmas cakes; Lucena for its furniture manufacturing, olive products and as the pearl of Sefarad for its Sephardic-Jewish past. Just 8 km from the house is the reservoir of Iznájar, where you can practise various water sports; and 59 km away is the town of Antequera with its dolmens, Moorish castle and many Catholic convents and churches. Córdoba, where the important and beautiful Mezquita is located, is 78 km away; Granada, with its unique and world-famous Alhambra, is 115 km away. The day trips to these three cities are definitely worthwhile and will give you an unforgettable insight into Andalusian history and culture. In the Sierras Subbéticas Nature Park, which was declared a UNESCO Geopark in 2006, hiking and nature lovers will get their money's worth.

Bien, pero piscina y AC mal

La casa esta bien equipada, pero tiene algunos problemas, para AC es necesario llevar una bolsa de monedas (literalmente ya que los aires funcionan con monedas), es un detalle bastante feo ya que entiendo que el coste eléctrico ya esta sufragado con el coste del alquiler. En la piscina de acumula mucha suciedad por que la depuradora esta programada para saltar un par de veces cada día, siendo insuficiente para mantener la pisicina en condiciones, creo que deben mejorar la fobia al consumió eléctrico en pro la comodidad.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Baby) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Die Vermieter geben sich viel Mühe, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Es ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage war für uns super. Es war ruhig, hatte eine schöne Aussicht und Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen. Nach Málaga, Cordoba und Granada braucht man ca 1 Stunde, manchmal ein wenig mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im 6km entfernten Lucena zahlreich vorhanden. Für uns waren es schöne 8 Tage und wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Perfektes Refugium, ruhig, Top ausgestattet, bestens gewartet. Einfach traumhaft!

Schon bei Ankunft sehr netter Empfag durch Vermieter (die uns bei Aldi abholten in den etwas versteckten Weg zeigten), in der Wohnung war alles da (Obst, Wein, Essig, Öl, Salz, Kaffee, Küchenrolle, Alufolie, ...) - all die Kleinigkeiten, die man sonst erst kaufen muss. Top Außenanlage, die wir leider wetterbedingt nicht nutzen konnten (Mitte November, schon recht kühl). Alle Geräte und Ausstattung in super Zustand. Außerdem prima Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren nach Cordoba, Granada, Malaga, Ronda, Antequera, Sevilla. Oder für Natur-Trips, da Lage mitten im Olivenhain. Top-Urlaubsdestination!

Un séjour très agréable en Andalousie

Séjour en Andalousie, dans la province de Cordoba, début août très agréable ! Nos hôtes étaient plus que charmants et nous ont même accueillis avec des cadeaux laissés dans la maison ( fruits, chocolats, bouteille de vin ! ). Ils avaient aussi pris soin de nous laisser beaucoup d'informations sur la région à disposition et se sont montrés très soucieux de notre bien-être ( nettoyage très discret de la piscine et du jacuzzi en cours de séjour). Par contre, concernant Homelidays, je n'ai pas apprécié de voir la facture "se gonfler" une fois que nous avons commencé à réserver ! Une information préalable serait plus honnête !
