Wonderful rustic villa for 6 people, with private pool, located in Crestatx, a beautiful urbanisation belonging to sa Pobla.
The exterior area is very beautiful thanks to the wonderful stone building, the beautiful pool and the cosy and well-cared garden. Outside, you can prepare a delicious barbecue alfresco and enjoy it under the porch which is perfectly furnished with an exterior table and chairs. After the succulent meal you can relax and chat while having a cup of coffee on the sofas. However, the best of it all is to be able to spend the day swimming in the pool and basking in the sun on the lawn or on the 6 sun loungers available. This is a chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.5 to 2 metres. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

This villa offers a warm and peaceful atmosphere inside. You can sit at the great living room with a good reading, watch the satellite TV channels or DVD movies while cooling with the air-conditioning. The dining area, furnished with a rustic table, is the perfect place to enjoy your meals with your family and / or friends. The kitchen, which is open to the living - dining room through a great arch, has all you need to cook as if you were at home including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and more. There are three bedrooms, all of them with a closet, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom with independent tub. One has twin beds and space for a baby cot and a high chair. The rest offer a double bed each. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is located in a quiet urbanisation of sa Pobla called Crestatx, which is about 4.5 km away from the centre of the town, where you will find all needed services for your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc. The lovely town of Pollensa is just 10 km away and it really is worth a visit. Not far away from the town you reach the beach in Puerto de Pollensa but there are many others skirting the coast like the paradisaical beach in Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. If you enjoy practising sports, the nearest golf course is only 7 km away.
