Great Location but dirty

First off, let me start by saying it is a great location. One other house is close by, but there is definitely a lot of privacy. Upon the arrival of the home and inspection windows were broken, blinds were broken or missing. There was no fire extinguisher and the air condition filter was extremely dirt. Emailed the office to get the AC filter and fire extinguisher but received no response. The windows were so dirty that you couldn’t even enjoy the view outside. The refrigerator outdoor took two days to cool and the indoor refrigerator was missing a vegetable container. the beds are extremely hard and making a lot of noise. The dishes where so dirty we made sure to give everything a scrub before using. If you are planning to cook for a lot of people make sure you take your pots and pan because the ones available are very small. Under the beds very dirty as well. Overall great location but DIRTY.
