The reviews ate this place alive which made me try to cancel, which wasn’t an option. So we gave it a shot, room was clean, sheets, pillows, bathroom, etc were clean. Complimentary face wash on the sink and soap in the bathroom, fresh towels, etc. Microwave and mini fridge seemed new and staff was friendly. There wasn’t any “hookers and needles lying around” like others said. The extent of it was some peeling paint in the bathroom and thin walls, for $100 it was definitely worth it. No photos though

I had booked previously and really enjoyed my stay; I love the 80s designed bathrooms as someone not born in that area it was a piece of history I was able to experience myself. This stay, I checked in rather late at night and was given a room that was more dilapidated than the first. It was a crowded night in the parking lot with several groups of women talking and chilling outside in a circle. I walked from my car and back to retrieve some more items and the key to the room began to have trouble registering. After a couple tries, I was able to get in but noticed the lock reinforcer latch was unscrewed and broken. I ended up misplacing my key and decided to request a new room given that my neighbors above me were a little on the noisier side that night also. The second room over was quieter and nicer quality, though not the same as my first experience. It also had a more modern tub which was disappointing. I also was told by the front desk that it was okay to smoke cigarette’s outside of the rooms, but felt I had the police called on me after receiving permission. The next day a new sign was placed that stated no smoking within a certain amount of feet from the building. I did not appreciate the misrepresentations present in my last stay, but want to say that the facility is clean, well-kept, and a place I’d recommend. I would just be wary of your surroundings, the types of folks who are around you and working that day will greatly impact your experience as a hotel guest.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Room had been recently remodeled and looked nice. Very quiet area too. It is an older property and a value stay, so adjust your expectations. All in all, I would say it was a good stay.

Front desk lady that checked us in was very kind, and quick . Room appeared descent when we walked in , room was extremely hot .we got in late so the only thing we did the first night was sleep. Shower was not clean and the handle to turn on was not functioning correctly. We tried to use the microwave and the everything the microwave and TV all shut down like the breaker popped . I contacted the front desk she was confused and said she would have to call her boss. After waiting a while I looked behind the TV and microwave to see what was going on, the power strip they had everything plugged into popped. Eventually has to just move the microwave to a different area to be able to use it. We stayed 3 nights and house keeping only came the 1st day ..a little disappointed.
