During the midnight the heating was turned off. It was so cold and to our surprise in the morning there was no hot water available. How to take shower without hot water in the month of December? Upon calling the service desk I was told the maintenance person is working on it. It was 8:30 am and I stayed at this place because I had an early morning business meeting in Sacramento. Due to no hot water available I couldn’t take shower and missed my very very important business meeting. I should be refunded the entire amount since I couldn’t accomplish the reason for which I had booked one night there

Room is clean, but there is a certain ‘odor’ once you walk in the room. The night staff is helpful. My keys did not work and I had to come back and forth to the front desk to switch keys. In the morning, the housekeeper walked in before checkout time and knocked when she had already opened the door. The breakfast choice was good, but the eggs were very dry.

We have arrived around seven and we were given a room that only had one bed when I had requested a double bed. I had to go back downstairs to receive a new key for the new room. The next morning for breakfast, the coffee tasted like water and the sausage and eggs were dry and hard.

We stayed seven days, the second days, we don’t have hot water for shower. On our third days, the tub drainage was clogged and we were told, they offered to move us to another room in the middle of the night while waiting for maintenance work order in the next morning. We didn’t feel like moving three kids in the middle of the night, so decide to wait for the repair. Well they didn’t repaired it the next day, the maintenance work order didn’t do it. So, we called and offer to move us again. I fed up, and decided to move to another room in the middle of the night. We were assigned a new room. After moved our stuff to the new room, found out, no not water for shower again. So we shower in mildly warm. It seems like their hot water system is limited and you have to wait for your turn if not, no hot water in later evening. Lastly, I was charged $240 after we checked out when the entire reservation was paid in full thru Expedia… I called and was told to call back on Monday when the manager gets there. It was a total terrible experience. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone. Be aware…

I picked this over other places due to the breakfast advertising. They were out of everything by the time I got down there at 8:30am. The food that was left was not nearly what was pictured in the photos on Hotels.com. It was in a shady spot behind a store and there were weird guys just hanging out by the side doors. Two times I tried to check out on the last day and couldn’t find an employee. They were nice when I did get to speak with someone. They did try to modify the room but they had water heater issues so my boyfriend had to take a cold shower after he ate his apple for breakfast. Disappointed. I will not be staying here again.

We did not have hot water our entire stay. It was lukewarm at best and went in and out. The pool was out of order then seemed to work the next day. The breakfast was ok. Good cereal options. Coffee was fine. The employees were nice. There were sketchy individuals around the property, including a man who got into the elevator with a full tray of weed. Overall, do not recommend.
