This Motel 6 has become my go to stay in Rancho Cordova. The price is good and the room is clean, bed is comfortable and most times can park near my door. Many fast food places are an easy walk for lunch or dinner.
The room was not in good condition, especially what the nightly price was. They were sold out and could not be moved to another room. Had to go to a hotel 40 miles away due to availability
Very clean rooms, nice linens, everything is in working order, very well taken care of property.
This is Motel 6, though -- so the walls are all paper thin. If this sort of thing bothers you though, you probably already know it and book accordingly. I could hear everything happening outside even with the window closed and curtains drawn.
Aside from that, I highly recommend it if you're looking for a basic motel.
Have stayed here many times and the rooms were good. This time large debris in drive , I know hit some and damaged my car. At first no chair in room but one was supplied, no smoke detector. and sticky floor. I would give this motel another chance can not beet the price
Les points faibles : Personnel et service et confort de la chambre
Should tell people about the curfew is at 7pm before they get the money or the deposit.. I called ahead of time and ask questions and he never said anything until i got there to check in.. i should be give my money back for the stay when I could have gone somewhere else. With my deposit I should get back. Iâll never go there again
There were no Do Not Disturb hang-tags available for the door, and despite asking at the front desk twice and being reassured theyâd avoid my room, I could not get cleaning staff to stop entering my room during the day, though they desisted from making the bedsâreplacing towels and such. This was not cool to me, as I donât like cleaning staff coming through while I am staying. I taped a paper hand-written Please Do Not Disturb sign on the door but it was torn off when I got back to my room. This was disappointing.
The bath water didnât stay hot enough and it seemed the hotel had less capacity for hot water than many other hotels.
Pros:
The room was clean
There were no bugs
The bed was comfortable enough
Our chihuahua stayed free
Once you get away from the hotel, lots of places to eat
Cons:
$90 per night for a "deluxe" room - the room was at best bare minimum, no amenities, no coffee pot, just a basic plain jane room with 2 beds, a tv, a small fridge and a bathroom
