The rate was fair for the value, however the condition of the room and property were not at par. The standing shower was full of patched up work on the walls and the floors. Then the property was surrounded by people who wonder around the streets all night who were screaming at each other. People who have cars played their music really loud, even after pass midnite
I didnt like it at all. Staff wouldnât fix internet. I complained about roaches and Angelica at front desk told me to pack my stuff and leave on a 90° day two toddlers and a pregnant wife. I was very calm all i wanted was a new room.i called expedia and they got me moved very very fast.after i begged him not to call the property being scared not to push any more buttons by complaining
Sketchy stay. Dog barking in the next door room at night. Homeless people wondering around. On my way out, a mother and her two children were leaving, she was angry saying she had found a needle in her bed. I would not stay again.
very dissapointed... wifi didn't work the whole stay and when I asked about it, I was given a customer Service number (still not helpful). The lady who works in the office in the a.m. was extreamly rude. (She was also the person who gave me the customer service number). There were holes in the curtains, the glass on the shower door was not properly attached so shomer leaked and I had to stand against the glass on my tippy toes in order for the water to hit my body. Also ice machine did not work, so no ice... I paid almost $200 for 2 nights but feel I should either be compinsated some of my money, recieve a complimentory night or something for all the inconviences and the very poor customer Service in the A.M.
