It was cold and we had to check in through a thick window while standing outside. The heater in the room made loud undulating noises while it was on making it difficult to sleep. There wasn't a blanket in the room, only sheets. Did I mention it was cold?

The room was clean and the staff was really nice. I extended my stay and just wanted new towels but not to have my room cleaned and they help made sure I got clean towels
