Misrepresented rental and has many safety and health hazards including mold in the washer, mold under the bath mat, general smell of mold & mildew in the air, no hand rails on stairs(falling hazard), rust on barbecue grill cooking area(unsanitary), loose bricks outside the upper entry(tripping hazard), mouse droppings in kitchen utensil drawer, filthy unusable oven, chemicals stored in bedroom cabinet(some photos do not show that cabinet in the bedroom-photos show it in the bathroom and you cannot use a storage room as a guest bedroom where you are storing cleaning supplies and equipment, linens and chemicals. Had to leave first thing in the morning and find another place to stay to salvage our vacation. We are still fighting for our money back.If you care about cleanliness and your family's safety you will avoid this guys properties.

Amazing

It was absolutely amazing, we had fun in the gaming room and in the hot tub! The cabin was just beautiful and such a warm welcoming feeling walking in. Was fantastic that they had pretty much everything you’d need.

Weekend trip

Had a great stay near hocking hills. The cabin was clean and offered great amenities to entertain the family between hikes. The woods surrounding the cabin provided a great atmosphere.

Short spring break stay

Our family of 7 stayed for 3 nights. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. It’s about 40 mins to drive to most of Hocking Hills attractions from the cabin. The only downfall was not being able to regulate the temperature of the cabin. Everyone was freezing down on the lowest level and burning up on the top two levels later in the day. There were also a lot of stink bugs in the cabin. Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful Cabin

The house was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. It was tucked back from the road a little ways which was nice because we had our dogs with us who like to explore. The trails behind the house were a bonus because we got to adventure without even leaving the property! Thank you both for sharing you home with us!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was super nice, it was clean and well stocked. I loved the outdoor space with the fire pit, play area for kids and the deer feeder outside the window. We did see 2 deer eating. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We were sad to leave.

We were truly sad to leave. We were desperate for a family get away and after looking for cabins in the Hocking Hills area for awhile, we kept coming back to this one and finally booked it and we're so glad we did. It was beautiful and clean. Plenty to do. The owners were kind and responsive. It's secluded but close enough to everything we needed. The scenery driving into Hocking Hills was breathtaking. We really enjoyed our time and I'm already asking my husband when we can go back.

Friend vacation

The place was amazing we loved the house and how it was designed and decorated. We had a blast playing pool and then relaxing by the fire an in the hot tub after a long day of walking trails. We will definitely have to stay longer than four days next time. Also the Owners are soo friendly and nice and great at communicating an everything. I did have trouble figuring out the booking but for this being my first time doing a trip and on Vrbo it all came together and can’t wait to do it again in the fall when the leafs start to change colors.

Great family getaway!

The Sage Family has a wonderful getaway in the woods. Once you enter the very steep driveway, a beautiful oasis awaits you. You are tucked away from the world, and there is everything you need to relax (hot tub, games galore, all amenities, beautiful balcony)! Amazing hiking trails 30 minutes away.

Description was accurate, amenities are great, communication with property owner was perfect. I would recommend this property.
